Andbank and Daycoval release September 2026 dividend portfolios

Brazilian financial institutions Andbank and Daycoval have released their recommended dividend portfolios for September 2026, both showing a strong preference for the utility and financial sectors.

Andbank’s portfolio consists of ten stocks with equal weighting, targeting a projected dividend yield of 7.85% for 2026. The selection is heavily concentrated in the electricity sector, including companies such as Axia, Cemig, Copel, CPFL, and ISA Energia. The financial sector is also represented by BB Seguridade, Bradesco, Itaú, and Itaúsa, while Vale serves as the sole mining representative.

Daycoval has maintained its ten-asset recommendation, with 80% of the portfolio concentrated in two sectors: utilities (50%) and finance (30%). The utility portion includes CPFL Energia, Copasa, Sanepar, and Taesa. The financial segment comprises BB Seguridade, Itaúsa, and Itaú Unibanco. The remaining 20% is split between Vale (basic materials) and Petrobras (oil, gas, and biofuels). Daycoval’s strategy focuses on defensive and regulated businesses, though this concentration increases sensitivity to interest rate and regulatory changes.
