Andhra Pradesh leaders honor first CM Tanguturi Prakasam Pantulu

Andhra Pradesh Governor S. Abdul Nazeer and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu paid tribute to Tanguturi Prakasam Pantulu, the first Chief Minister of Andhra State, on his birth anniversary.

Governor Nazeer described Pantulu, also known as ‘Andhra Kesari’, as a fearless freedom fighter and visionary leader who contributed significantly to the independence movement. Chief Minister Naidu highlighted Pantulu’s simplicity, honesty, and dedication to public welfare, noting his courage in standing by his principles.

Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and former Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy also honored his legacy. Kalyan emphasized Pantulu’s commitment to public service and his role as a symbol of Telugu pride, while Jagan Mohan Reddy lauded him as a great soul who laid a strong foundation for the state’s progress.
