Andhra Pradesh ministers report health issues during Independence Day

Several Andhra Pradesh officials reportedly fell ill during or following Independence Day celebrations.

Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy experienced a sudden drop in blood pressure after standing for nearly an hour and delivering a speech at the Tirupati Parade Ground. He received immediate medical assistance at the venue and was taken for further evaluation.

Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan also reported being unwell. After attending celebrations in Kakinada and an inauguration in Rajamahendravaram, his fever reportedly worsened, leading him to seek medical examination and travel to Hyderabad for rest. Sources from the Jana Sena Party attributed his condition to a recovery process following recent shoulder surgery.
