Andina Copper reports significant copper mineralization at Cobrasco project

Andina Copper Corporation has reported significant drill results from its Cobrasco porphyry copper-molybdenum project located in the Chocó department of Colombia. The company confirmed the vertical continuity of mineralization through drillhole CDH011.

Key findings from the CDH011 hole include an intersection of 206 meters with 0.67% copper, within a broader 400-meter interval averaging 0.46% copper, 60 ppm molybdenum, and 1.1 g/t silver starting at a depth of 32 meters. The drillhole also identified high-grade sections, such as a 40-meter interval with 0.87% copper and a 54-meter block with 0.76% copper.

To date, 11 drillholes have delineated a mineralized footprint approximately 1,200 meters long and between 550 and 700 meters wide. The system remains open in multiple directions. To accelerate geological modeling, Andina Copper plans to mobilize a second drilling rig and continue exploration from a new platform located 350 meters northwest of the previous site.
