Andorra hosts 39th Diada Andorrana to discuss national neutrality

The 39th Diada Andorrana of the 58th Catalan Summer University, organized by the Societat Andorrana de Ciències, recently took place in Prada. The event focused on the complex subject of Andorran neutrality, exploring various perspectives including its absence from the country's legal framework and historical negotiations regarding the 1993 Constitution.

Discussions included the country's international relations and historical context. The event also touched upon recent diplomatic and economic developments, such as the agreement to eliminate double taxation and prevent tax evasion, which was signed in November 2023 and ratified by the General Council in July 2024.
