Andoya Mitsumine Shrine Store to open in Chichibu

The general incorporated association Chichibu Yuimachi has announced the grand opening of its second Andoya location, the Mitsumine Shrine Store, on November 6, 2026. Located near the Mitsumine Shrine in Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture, the new establishment will feature an eat-in area to serve visitors with local specialties such as Chichibu Manpuku Gozen, walnut soba, and various regional delicacies.

A pre-opening period is scheduled from October 25 to November 5, 2026. Beyond serving as a dining facility, the store is designed to function as a logistics hub. It will include a drone port and a warehouse to support last-mile delivery in mountainous areas, aiming to create a new logistics method to mitigate tourism-related traffic congestion.

The project follows the success of the first Andoya location at the Michi-no-Eki Otaki Onsen, continuing the organization's mission to support the local community through food and regional revitalization.
