André Jardine commemorates Campeones Cup title with Club América

Former Club América manager André Jardine recently commemorated the anniversary of the 2024 Campeones Cup title via social media. Currently coaching Shabab Al Ahli Dubai FC in the United Arab Emirates, Jardine shared photos of himself, his coaching staff, and the América players celebrating the victory on Instagram, captioning the post “2 years of this day”.

The Campeones Cup title was achieved following a penalty shootout victory (5-4) against Columbus Crew after a 1-1 draw in regulation time. Jardine’s tenure with the Mexican club was highly successful, as he became the most decorated manager in the team's history, securing six official titles between 2023 and 2026, including a historic Liga MX triple championship.
