André Leon Talley documentary to premiere in October

The documentary ‘André Leon Talley: Style Is Forever’ is scheduled for release on October 9, appearing in select theaters and via streaming services. The film explores the life of the late fashion icon, tracing his journey from Durham, North Carolina, to his role as Vogue’s first Black creative director.

Executive produced by actor Colman Domingo, Raúl Domingo, and Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) President Paula Wallace, the project includes never-before-seen footage. The documentary features interviews with prominent figures in the fashion industry, including Anna Wintour, Tom Ford, Diane von Furstenberg, Vera Wang, and Law Roach.

Co-directed by Clay Haskell and Zach Stafford, the film examines Talley’s impact on couture, identity, and representation within the fashion world.
