World-renowned violinist and conductor André Rieu, often called the ‘King of the Waltz’, is scheduled to perform a grand concert in Sofia on March 10, 2027, at Arena 8888.

The three-hour spectacle will feature a diverse program including opera, musicals, film music, classical works, and traditional melodies. Rieu will be accompanied by his 60-member Johan Strauss Orchestra, which includes musicians and soloists from over 18 countries. Notably, Bulgarian violinist Kremena Mineva has served as the orchestra's first violin for 28 years.

Rieu has a significant history of success in Bulgaria, being the only performer to sell out all his concerts in the country for eight consecutive years, reaching over 160,000 spectators to date.
