André Vásáry revealed as Cotton Candy on Álarcos énekes

Singer André Vásáry has been unmasked as the Cotton Candy character on the television show Álarcos énekes. Following a performance in the third episode of the new season, the panel of investigators identified him, despite some speculation regarding the gender of the performer.

Vásáry noted that the experience was a physical challenge due to the heavy, restrictive nature of the costume, which included feathers and padding. He stated that he intentionally tried to hide his professional singing identity to make the guessing process more difficult.

Following his departure from the competition, Vásáry expressed his desire to prepare for future opportunities, specifically mentioning an interest in representing Hungary at the Eurovision Song Contest.
