ANDRA launches institutional tokenization platform for ETF market

ANDRA (Adaptable Network Designed for Regulated Assets) has launched an institutional tokenization platform designed to integrate exchange-traded fund (ETF) activity with existing regulated market infrastructure. Built on the Canton Network, the platform allows ETF issuers, authorized participants, and market makers to utilize digital wallets, programmable transfers, and on-chain ownership capabilities without replacing their current settlement, custody, or service-provider frameworks.

The launch follows ANDRA’s registration as a transfer agent with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on September 4, 2026. This regulatory status enables the platform to synchronize on-chain blockchain activity with the official ownership records maintained by regulated transfer agents, ensuring alignment between digital assets and official financial records.

By connecting tokenized workflows to established infrastructure, the platform aims to move tokenized ETFs from the experimental phase toward practical institutional implementation, potentially offering faster settlement and enhanced digital distribution channels.
