Andratx street becomes Spain’s most expensive real estate location

Camí des Salinar, located in Andratx, Mallorca, has become the most expensive street in Spain. According to data from Idealista, the average sale price for properties on this street has reached 15 million euros, representing a 68% increase within a single year.

This surge has moved the street from third place to the top position in Spain, surpassing Paseo de los Lagos de La Finca in Pozuelo de Alarcón, which averages 11 million euros, and Coto Zagaleta in Benahavís at 10.5 million euros.

The luxury market in Mallorca also includes Carrer Mossa in Palma at 9.8 million euros and Carrer Binicaubell at 7.9 million euros. On an international level, the prices in Mallorca significantly exceed those in Portugal, where the most expensive street, Rua das Faias in Cascais, has an average property price of 4.35 million euros.
