Andre Agassi praises Alcaraz and defends Djokovic's legacy

In the documentary ‘The Wolf in Winter’, tennis legend Andre Agassi discusses the current state of professional tennis and the legacies of its greatest players. Agassi praises Carlos Alcaraz, stating that the Spaniard possesses the combined qualities of the ‘big three’: the versatility of Roger Federer, the physical explosiveness of Rafael Nadal, and the defensive flexibility of Novak Djokovic.

Agassi also addressed the recognition of Novak Djokovic, asserting that the Serbian player has not received the level of global appreciation he deserves. Despite Djokovic’s record-breaking achievements, Agassi maintains that ‘nobody can touch what he’s accomplished’ and considers him the best player of all time.

Regarding upcoming competition, Alcaraz confirmed his intention to compete at the US Open following a recovery from a wrist injury, while Jannik Sinner is expected to miss the tournament due to a knee injury.
