Andre Onana leads Süper Lig goalkeeper rankings with Trabzonspor

Trabzonspor goalkeeper Andre Onana has emerged as a top performer in the Turkish Süper Lig during the first six weeks of the season. The 30-year-old Cameroonian keeper has achieved an 81.5 percent save rate, placing him ahead of prominent competitors including Fenerbahce's Ederson, who holds an 80 percent rate, and Besiktas's Alexander Nübel, who sits at 58 percent.

Onana's impact extends beyond shot-stopping; he has also become a key figure in Trabzonspor's build-up play. He has completed 200 successful passes out of 283 attempts, including 40 successful long balls. His recent performances include a clean sheet in a 4-0 victory against rivals Galatasaray.

While the defensive and goalkeeping sectors show strength, the team's offensive output has faced challenges. Former top scorer Paul Onuachu has yet to find his previous form, contributing limited goals in the early stages of the current campaign.
