Andre Onana linked to permanent Trabzonspor move

Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana is the subject of permanent transfer interest from Turkish club Trabzonspor. Currently on loan at the Turkish Super Lig side, Onana has performed strongly, maintaining an 81.5% save percentage. Trabzonspor president Ertugrul Dogan is reportedly determined to negotiate a full transfer before the end of the current campaign to avoid a summer bidding war.

Onana recently contributed to a 3-0 away victory against Samsunspor, keeping a clean sheet and making six saves. This result has moved Trabzonspor to third place in the league standings.

In other loan news, Manchester United player Jacob Devaney received his first senior red card while playing for Hibernian. After coming on as a substitute in a match against Dundee United, Devaney conceded a penalty and was subsequently sent off following a VAR review.
