Andrea Aversano Stabile opens successful pizzeria at Lake Como

Andrea Aversano Stabile, a 25-year-old from the Caserta province, has transitioned from a disrupted career path to a successful restaurateur. Originally hired for park services and reception at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo, his employment was halted by the 2020 pandemic lockdowns.

During the lockdown, Stabile began experimenting with dough, producing pizza, bread, and focaccia. This passion led to the opening of his pizzeria, ‘Casa Stabile’, in San Fedele d’Intelvi near Lake Como in April 2026. The establishment has become a popular destination, prompting plans to expand its capacity by the end of the year.
