Andrea Belotti signs with Modena FC

Modena FC has officially announced the signing of striker Andrea Belotti. The 32-year-old Italian international has signed a contract with the Serie B club that runs until June 30, 2027. Belotti will wear the number 11 shirt.

Belotti joins the club as a free agent following his departure from Cagliari. The transfer is considered a significant acquisition for the second division, given Belotti’s extensive experience in Serie A with clubs such as Torino, Roma, Fiorentina, and Como, as well as his time playing in the Champions League with Benfica.

The striker, who has scored over 180 professional goals and earned 44 caps for the Italian national team, was part of the squad that won UEFA EURO 2020. He is expected to undergo medical examinations in Modena to finalize the move.
