Andrea Berg supports SG Sonnenhof Großaspach in DFB-Pokal match

German singer Andrea Berg attended the DFB-Pokal match between SG Sonnenhof Großaspach and FC Augsburg to support her favorite club. The 60-year-old singer has a long-standing connection to the third-division team from Baden-Württemberg, as her husband, Uli Ferber, is a co-founder and long-time patron of the club.

Berg previously wrote a custom version of her hit song ‘Ja, ich will’ for the team to support their return to the 3. Liga, with proceeds intended for youth development and fan projects. During the match at the WIRmachenDRUCK Arena, Berg was seen in the stands wearing a fan scarf.

Despite a spirited effort that saw Großaspach equalize at 2-2 through goals from Molinari and Celiktas, the Bundesliga side FC Augsburg ultimately secured a 4-2 victory, ending the underdog club's cup run.
