Andrea Legarreta defends daughter Mía Rubín following social media comments

Television host Andrea Legarreta responded sarcastically to journalist Ricardo Manjarrez on social media following comments regarding her daughter, Mía Rubín. The tension arose after a video of Rubín posing on the red carpet at Vogue’s Day of the Dead Gala in Mexico City was shared online.

While Manjarrez originally posted footage of the attendees, a repost by the Instagram account ‘Inventadas’ included a joke suggesting Rubín was at the wrong event. Manjarrez added a comment suggesting the singer appeared ‘stiff’ due to excessive posing. Legarreta defended her daughter by replying to the post with a clown emoji, calling the remark ‘super funny.’

Manjarrez later clarified his position, stating that he had recorded all attendees and was not responsible for the specific commentary made by the ‘Inventadas’ account.
