Andrea Marazzi sets Guinness World Record for narrowest car

Italian mechanic Andrea Marazzi has entered the Guinness World Records for constructing the world’s narrowest car. The vehicle, which measures just 50.20 cm wide, 3.40 meters long, and 1.45 meters high, was created by modifying a 1993 Fiat Panda.

Marazzi spent one year reconstructing the body, chassis, and internal structure at his family’s automotive recycling business. Approximately 99% of the vehicle is made from original parts, though it has been reduced to one-third of its original size. The single-occupant vehicle is equipped with an electric motor, a small steering wheel, and reaches a maximum speed of 15 kilometers per hour. It weighs approximately 264 kilograms.
