Andrea Sarnari's Missing Calves Recovered Near Bolívar, Argentina

President of the Federación Agraria Argentina, Andrea Sarnari, reported that 15 Angus calves had vanished from a family farm near Bolívar, Buenos Aires Province. The disappearance sparked concerns about rural insecurity, with Sarnari noting no signs of theft or broken fences.

Police patrols later located the calves about 10 kilometres away on a rural road. The animals were found in good condition, corralled and returned to the farm. Sarnari said the incident remains unexplained, emphasizing the broader issue of security risks faced by Argentine producers.
