Andreas Dahms and Hans Weijs win DRM Rally at Mosel

Andreas Dahms and co‑pilot Paul Schubert claimed victory in the DRM Nationals at the ADAC Mittelrhein rally on the Mosel, completing the 143‑km event in the wine‑growing hills and taking the lead in the series standings. Their win followed a previous triumph in Sulingen and they praised the preparation for the demanding vineyard stages.

In the same rally weekend, Dutch‑Belgian driver pair Hans Weijs and Bjorn Degandt (Toyota Yaris GR) secured overall victory in the DRM classification, finishing 54.7 seconds ahead after 13 challenging tests. Marijan Griebel, now the DRM series leader, placed third, while other podium finishers included Armin Kremer, Björn Satorius and Dennis Rostek. The event, part of the Deutsche Rallye‑Meisterschaft, attracted strong competition across several classes.

The rally, held in the Mosel region of Germany, highlighted the technical difficulty of the vineyard routes and drew enthusiastic crowds, with participants from Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.
