Andreas Mikroutsikos recovers at home after serious health crisis

Greek television presenter Andreas Mikroutsikos is recovering at home following a serious health crisis that required hospitalization. The medical emergency began in mid-July when Mikroutsikos experienced high fever and breathing difficulties, leading his partner, Elena Mastrangeli, to take him to the hospital around July 20.

Due to the severity of the illness and his subsequent loss of weight and strength, Mikroutsikos has had to postpone several personal and professional commitments. This includes a planned wedding with Mastrangeli, originally scheduled for September, and potential upcoming television collaborations, including discussions with OPEN director Themis Mallis.

Medical professionals monitored his condition closely, taking his medical history into account. Mikroutsikos is currently focusing on rest and nutrition to regain his strength before resuming his professional activities.
