Andrei Mărginean leaves social media to focus on Dinamo performance
Dinamo midfielder Andrei Mărginean has revealed that he decided to leave all social media platforms earlier this year to improve his mental well-being and focus on his performance.
Mărginean, 25, noted that the decision was driven by the negative energy and hate speech often directed at athletes online. He stated that reading negative comments following poor matches or statements affected his mental state and performance. Since making the change in May, he claims to have gained inner peace and more time.
The midfielder is currently experiencing a strong season under coach Nuno Campos, helping Dinamo maintain its position at the top of the Superliga. Mărginean, who previously played in Italy's Serie B and C for clubs such as Ternana and Sassuolo Primavera, has established himself as a key starter in the midfield alongside Alberto Soro.
