Andrej Babiš confirms confidence in Education Minister Robert Plaga

Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš has addressed speculation regarding potential cabinet reshuffles, confirming that Minister of Education Robert Plaga retains his confidence. Babiš also stated he has no objections to Minister of Environment Igor Červený, signaling that no immediate changes to the current cabinet are planned.

Following discussions between coalition leaders and experts regarding educational reforms, a proposal concerning teaching assistants and inclusion is expected to be reviewed by the government. Robert Plaga noted that his ministry has successfully prepared changes to inclusion policies and a legislative proposal for higher education. Boris Šťastný, chairman of the Motoristé parliamentary club, described the government as functioning perfectly and characterized recent debates over educational amendments as normal political discussions.
