Andrew Tate reportedly very sick in Miami federal prison

Attorney Joe McBride has claimed that influencer Andrew Tate is “very sick” while being held at the Federal Detention Center (FDC) in Miami. According to McBride, Tate has requested medical treatment multiple times but has allegedly been denied care.

Tate, 39, is currently being held in Florida while fighting extradition to the United Kingdom. He faces numerous criminal allegations, including rape and human trafficking. His brother, Tristan Tate, 38, is also being detained at the same facility.

McBride stated on X that medical care is a “fundamental human right” and threatened legal action against FDC Miami if Tate does not receive treatment soon. While the specific nature of Tate’s illness has not been disclosed, he previously raised concerns regarding lung-related health issues during legal proceedings in Romania.
