Andrew Wylie trade to Patriots proposed by ESPN

ESPN analyst Bill Barnwell has proposed a trade that would send veteran offensive lineman Andrew Wylie and a 2027 seventh-round pick to the New England Patriots in exchange for a 2027 sixth-round pick.

The trade suggestion comes as the Washington Commanders face a difficult season with a 1-4-1 record. Wylie, a two-time Super Bowl champion with the Kansas City Chiefs, has seen his role diminish in Washington, playing only 15 snaps this season despite his $24 million contract.

The proposal aims to address depth issues for the Patriots, who have recently struggled with injuries to their offensive line. Wylie is noted for his versatility, with the ability to play right tackle or guard.
