Andriana Nikolau says she will soon reveal names linked to son Thanos' death

Andriana Nikolau, the mother of Thanos Nikolau, announced that after 21 years she is close to publishing the names of individuals she believes were involved in her son’s death. In a lengthy statement she described the ongoing “injustice and cover‑up” and promised to disclose the identities at the “appropriate time.”

Nikolau accused the Cyprus Police, the Legal Service and Assistant General Prosecutor Savvas Aggelidis of mishandling the case. She cited written testimonies, findings of independent criminal investigators, the results of three autopsies, the exhumation of her son’s remains and examinations by foreign experts, arguing that the investigation was insufficient and that serious unanswered questions remain.
