Andrija Klikovac questions Montenegro's 400 million euro debt
Andrija Klikovac, head of the DPS caucus in the Capital City Assembly, has publicly questioned Prime Minister Milojko Spajić regarding Montenegro's recent financial decisions via social media.
Klikovac questioned the necessity of the state taking on 400 million euros in new debt, particularly in light of the ongoing seizure of assets from criminal groups. He also raised concerns regarding the government's handling of VAT refunds for the economy. Specifically, he noted that the state owes more than 14 million euros to a single foreign company and questioned if the total debt in this category exceeds 100 million euros.
Additionally, Klikovac signaled upcoming scrutiny regarding payments from the Ministry of Public Works, specifically concerning debts and favored contractors.
