Jerez de la Frontera approves residential project at Azucarera San Jerónimo

The local government of Jerez de la Frontera has approved a key step in the urban transformation of the former Azucarera San Jerónimo site in the Pozoalbero area. The approval of the ARI D-01 reparcelation project paves the way for a large-scale residential development covering approximately 51,857 square meters.

Promoted by Goframa Homes S. L. and managed by Nuevo Impulso Inmobiliario S. L., the project will be executed in four phases. It aims to provide a total of 338 homes, including 119 units of protected social housing, 167 free-market apartments, 32 semi-detached houses, and 20 terraced houses.

The development will also feature a commercial block to provide local services and approximately 7,000 square meters of public green spaces to serve the new residential community.
