Andros and Tinos host Greek summer festivals in July 2026
The 12th International Festival of Andros will run from 25 July to 24 August 2026 under artistic director Pantelis Voulgaris. The program includes theatrical productions, concerts, film screenings and activities for all ages, such as the opening concert by Aleka Kanellidou on 25 July, a performance of Euripides' Medea directed by Nikita Milibogevic, and the debut documentary “Andros of Lefteris Vogiatzis”. Additional events feature classical music concerts, children's shows and exhibitions at the island’s historic sites.
Meanwhile, Avli Fest 2026, a music festival organized by ID Productions, will stage concerts on three Cycladic islands. On Andros, performances are scheduled for 17–18 July at the Open Theatre of the Island, with artists including Dimitris Samoli, Vasilis Prodromou, Dimitris Mystakidis, Stavros Tsante, Spyros Grammatis and Kalogerakia. The festival then moves to Tinos on 19–20 July, where acts such as Fundracar, Spyros Grammatis, Anser, Alexandros Daikos, Papazo and Kalogerakia will perform. The events are free for children under ten and accessible for people with disabilities.
