Andrés Alegre appointed head of Internal Security in Chaco

Andrés Vicente Ramón Alegre has been appointed as the new head of the General Directorate of Internal Security in Sáenz Peña, Chaco. A senior commissioner with 26 years of service in the Chaco Police, Alegre has an extensive operational background, having served in various specialized units, including the Special Operations Corps and the Fire Division.

His new mandate, directed by the Chaco Ministry of Security, focuses on strengthening police presence and prevention efforts across the roads and towns of the Chaco interior. Alegre’s training includes specialized instruction in crisis management, hostage situations, and various tactical operations.
