András Baka asset declaration released

The asset declaration of Hungarian President András Baka has been released via the Sándor Palace website. The document reveals that the 73-year-old president holds ownership in four properties, including a 270-square-meter family house in Budapest's 12th district, a 93-square-meter apartment in the 5th district, and vacation homes in Szigetmonostor and Agárd.

In addition to real estate, Baka's declaration lists significant personal assets, including approximately 130.5 million forints in savings held through stocks, investment certificates, government bonds, and housing savings deposits. His personal belongings include a library of roughly 2,000 books, Richelieu furniture, an IWC Portugieser watch received as a gift, and two paintings.

Following recent changes to political remuneration, the president's gross salary has been adjusted to 4.19 million forints. The role also includes benefits such as permanent personal protection, presidential residence, a secretariat, a vehicle with a driver, and free medical care.
