Andrés Roca Rey under investigation following birthday party complaints

Peruvian bullfighter Andrés Roca Rey is facing a local police investigation in Gerena, Seville, following complaints from neighbors regarding his 30th birthday celebration. The event, held at his estate ‘La Consentida’, lasted approximately nine hours, from 7:00 PM until around 5:00 AM.

Residents reported significant disturbances caused by loud music, mariachis, and fireworks. Some neighbors expressed concern that the sounds of the pyrotechnics resembled gunfire. Formal complaints were filed with the Gerena City Council, prompting the Local Police to open an investigation into potential violations of municipal regulations regarding fireworks and noise.

Reports suggest that authorization for the pyrotechnic display may not have been obtained. The celebration follows the recent reported breakup between Roca Rey and Tana Rivera.
