Andrzej Piaseczny addresses LGBT rights at Polsat festival

During a performance at the Polsat Wedding Hits Festival in Mrągowo, Polish singer Andrzej Piaseczny addressed the audience regarding his desire for legal recognition of same-sex unions. He stated that he would love to invite the public to his own wedding, but noted that such a possibility might take some time to become a reality.

Piaseczny remarked, “Everything is in your hands,” a comment interpreted as an appeal for legislative changes regarding LGBT rights in Poland. The singer, who publicly came out in 2021, has long advocated for the legal ability to formalize relationships, noting that he remains in Poland despite the current legal landscape.
