Anduril Industries reaches $90 billion valuation in employee share sale
Defense technology firm Anduril Industries has launched a tender offer that values the company at approximately $90 billion. The transaction allows current and former employees across 16 countries to sell their shares at a price of $94.80 per share.
The offer, which opened on October 13 and is scheduled to close on November 9, is capped at a total transaction volume of $1.3 billion. This secondary sale provides liquidity to staff without requiring the company to undergo an initial public offering (IPO).
This new valuation represents a roughly 48% increase from the $61 billion valuation the company received in May. Founded in 2017 by Palmer Luckey, Anduril specializes in autonomous systems, unmanned aircraft, and AI-driven defense software. The company reported $2.2 billion in revenue last year and maintains the U.S. Department of Defense as one of its primary customers.
