Andy Bara discusses rising football talents and major transfer prospects

Football manager Andy Bara has identified several key prospects and discussed recent developments in regional football during an appearance on the Podcast Inkubator.

Bara highlighted Matej Deket, a player for Borac, as a top talent in his age group within Bosnia and Herzegovina. He suggested that Deket has the potential to reach the career level of Edin Džeko if he makes the right moves and joins the appropriate clubs. Deket has recorded four goals in 15 appearances this season, with a market value estimated at 800,000 euros.

Additionally, Bara discussed 17-year-old Brazilian attacking midfielder Rafael Gomes Cirino, known as Belinjo, who currently plays for the Croatian second-division club Kustošija. Bara claims to have received three major offers from some of the world's largest clubs for the player.

Bara also touched upon his role in advising Red Star Belgrade coach Albert Riera, noting the similarities in mentality between Belgrade and Zagreb.
