Bernhard Eugen Fritsch added to FBI Most Wanted Fraudsters list

The FBI has added Bernhard Eugen Fritsch, a 65-year-old German national, to its 'Most Wanted Fraudsters' list. Fritsch, the founder of Starclub Inc., was convicted in Los Angeles in April 2025 for wire fraud. He allegedly defrauded investors of millions of dollars between 2014 and 2017 by claiming his company's technology would help celebrities and influencers monetize brand sponsorships.

Authorities estimate the total damage to victims at least $26.8 million. Instead of developing the promised technology, Fritsch is accused of using investor funds to finance a luxury lifestyle, including luxury cars, a yacht, and a mansion in Malibu.

Fritsch fled to Mexico in June 2025 while on bond. Although he was briefly detained by Mexican authorities in September 2025 using forged identification, he was released and subsequently fled again. The FBI is currently offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to his arrest and conviction. Investigators believe he may be located in or near Munich, Germany.
