TV personality Andy Cohen has faced criticism regarding the hourly wages he pays his babysitters. During a recent episode of his SiriusXM show, Cohen revealed that he pays $30 per hour to care for his two children, Benjamin and Lucy.

Jeff Lewis reacted to the disclosure by calling the rate ‘cheap,’ suggesting that Cohen’s financial status warrants higher compensation. In response to the criticism, Cohen reportedly reached out to various celebrity friends to inquire about their own childcare pay rates to defend his position.

Hilaria Baldwin also commented on the matter, noting that while $30 might be standard, her husband, Alec Baldwin, provides more generous salaries for their household help. She jokingly invited Cohen’s babysitters to seek employment with her family.
