Andy Díaz Hernández wins European triple jump gold

Andy Díaz Hernández has secured a European gold medal in the triple jump, supported by the physical management and recovery work of physiotherapist and osteopath Lorenzo Sportolari.

Sportolari, from Anatomica Centro Longevity, began working with the athlete in November following a persistent injury. The approach focused on a long-term integration of manual treatment, instrumental therapy, prevention, and strength development to meet the high physical demands of international competition.
