Andy Lee and Rebecca Harding continue $13 million mansion renovation

Renovations are progressing on Ravenswood, the historic 150-year-old Hawthorn mansion owned by Andy Lee and Rebecca Harding. Following an $8.5 million purchase in 2021, the couple has embarked on a renovation and expansion project exceeding $5 million, which includes the construction of a modern second wing.

Recent work has moved toward the Yarra River, where a barge was scheduled to be moored from October 19 to December 15 to facilitate landscaping on the property’s steep embankment. According to a Parks Victoria notice, these private works are not expected to disrupt local marine traffic.
