Anfoushi Music Band Headlines Egypt’s ‘Art Beach’ Summer Festival

On the third day of the "Art Beach" program in Ras El Bar, the General Authority for Cultural Palaces, chaired by artist Hisham Atwa, presented a series of performances. The children's opera group, led by Rana Barakat, opened the show, followed by the Anfoushi Music Band under Maestro Haitham Medhat Basyouni, which performed classic Arabic songs such as “Jana Al‑Hawa”, “Habayeb Masr”, “Alf Layla wa Layla”, “Amma Barawa”, and a medley of folk tunes.

The festival continued in Port Said, where the same band delivered a set that began with “Halawat Shamsna” and concluded with “Al‑Farah Al‑Iskandari”, accompanied by the operetta “Al‑Layla Al‑Kabira”. A second children's opera performance was also scheduled. All events are free to the public and will run through late August as part of the summer cultural activities across the Delta region.
