Angelica Sullivan charged with murder in death of 10-year-old daughter
Angelica Sullivan, a 30-year-old woman from Ellenville, has been arrested and charged with felony second-degree murder following an investigation into the death of her 10-year-old daughter, Kathleen E. Pulido.
The investigation began after Ellenville Police responded to a report of an unresponsive child at a Park Street residence on August 18, 2025. Pulido was transported to Ellenville Regional Hospital, where she was pronounced dead after lifesaving efforts failed.
The New York State Police Troop F Bureau of Criminal Investigation led the long-term inquiry, coordinating with the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office, the Ellenville Police Department, and several other local law enforcement and child advocacy agencies. Sullivan was arrested on September 24, 2026. The investigation remains active.
