Angelina Jolie sells historic Los Feliz estate for $24.75 million

Angelina Jolie has sold her historic Los Feliz estate in Los Angeles for $24.75 million. The property, located in the exclusive Laughlin Park community, was originally listed in May for $29.85 million.

The mansion, which spans approximately 11,000 square feet on two acres, features six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a library, a gym, and a pool. It holds significant cinematic history, having previously belonged to legendary filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille, who acquired it in 1916.

While the buyer has not been officially disclosed, reports indicate that Madonna is the purchaser. The singer reportedly showed interest in the residence as early as August and conducted a remote viewing via video tour before finalizing the transaction. Jolie, who purchased the home in 2017 for $24.5 million, reportedly intends to spend more time abroad, specifically in Cambodia, following her children reaching adulthood.
