Angelina Jolie sells Los Angeles estate for $24.75 million

Angelina Jolie has sold her historic Los Feliz estate in Los Angeles for $24.75 million. The transaction, which closed on September 24, marks the end of a real estate chapter that began when the actress purchased the property in 2017 for $24.5 million.

The 2.1-acre compound is located within the secure Laughlin Park enclave and features an 11,000-square-foot main residence, a guesthouse, a pool house, a gym, and a tea house. The property holds significant Hollywood history, having been owned by filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille from 1916 until 1959.

Jolie initially listed the estate in May with an asking price of $29.85 million. The final sale price was approximately $5.1 million below her initial target. The sale comes as Jolie prepares to spend more time living abroad, specifically mentioning interests in Cambodia.
