Angelina Jolie sells Los Angeles estate for $24.75 million

Actress and director Angelina Jolie has sold her large estate in Los Angeles for $24.75 million. The property is located in the Laughlin Park enclave within the Los Feliz neighborhood.

The estate, which formerly belonged to legendary filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille, spans approximately 2.1 acres. The residence features a Beaux-Arts style mansion with six bedrooms, ten full bathrooms, a library, and a wine cellar. Additional structures on the grounds include a guest house with a fireplace, a pool house, a fitness studio, a tea house, and a three-car garage.

Jolie originally purchased the property in June 2017 for $24.5 million, shortly after filing for divorce from Brad Pitt. The estate was previously listed for $29.85 million last spring. While the buyer has not been publicly identified, real estate representatives have clarified that rumors naming Madonna as the purchaser were inaccurate.
