Angelina Jolie sells historic Los Angeles estate for $24.75 million

Angelina Jolie has sold her historic Los Feliz estate in Los Angeles for $24.75 million. The property, which was originally built for legendary filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille, features approximately 1,020 square meters of living space, six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a pool, a guest house, and a tea house.

Jolie purchased the residence in 2017 for $24.5 million following her separation from Brad Pitt. The sale follows the recent 18th birthdays of her youngest children, Knox and Vivienne. The actress has expressed a desire to lead a more nomadic lifestyle and spend more time traveling to visit her children and engage in international projects.

One of her primary intended destinations is Cambodia, where she maintains a home and where she adopted her eldest son, Maddox. While the property was initially listed in May for nearly $30 million, the final sale price represents a modest gain over her original purchase price.
