Angelina Jolie visits boxing club in Kharkiv, Ukraine

American actress and humanitarian Angelina Jolie made a surprise visit to the Spadkoïemets boxing club in Kharkiv, Ukraine. The visit, which was confirmed by the Ukrainian National Boxing Federation, included her 18-year-old son, Knox.

During the visit, Knox participated in a Muay Thai training session alongside Ukrainian defenders. Pavlo Tchychko, the owner of the club, stated he had no prior knowledge of the booking and emphasized that the encounter was entirely accidental, noting, “it is not a joke, nor is it AI.”

Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city, is located near the Russian border and has faced regular shelling and attacks since the 2022 invasion. Jolie, a former UN special envoy for refugees, has visited Ukraine at least twice since the conflict began to show support for the population.
