Angelini Academy and UCL partner to redesign managerial training using AI

Angelini Academy, a division of the multinational Angelini Industries, has entered into a three-year partnership with University College London (UCL). The collaboration focuses on studying cognitive processes and the factors that influence how managers learn and apply new knowledge in their professional roles.

The initiative aims to redefine corporate training in response to the growing influence of artificial intelligence on decision-making and cognitive processes. Rather than viewing AI solely as a disruptive force, the partnership seeks to explore how the technology can enhance critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making capabilities.

Angelini Industries, which employs 5,600 people across 21 countries in the health, industrial technology, and consumer goods sectors, is integrating AI into its executive programs and research activities to develop new learning models for the future of work.
