Angelini Pharma earns EcoVadis Gold medal for sustainability

Angelini Pharma has been awarded the Gold medal by EcoVadis, placing the company in the top 5% of businesses evaluated globally. The pharmaceutical firm achieved an overall score of 82 out of 100, marking a 13-point increase from its previous score of 69.

The EcoVadis rating evaluates corporate sustainability across four key areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. The company attributed this improvement to the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies into its operational processes.

Angelini Pharma, part of Angelini Industries, operates in 20 countries with over 3,000 employees and markets products in more than 70 markets. Its primary focus areas include mental health, epilepsy, and consumer healthcare.
